Medication and prescribing
Not included in your assessment fee. Once you have your report, your GP can talk you through next steps.
Post-diagnosis therapy or coaching
Not part of the assessment package, but we can point you toward relevant resources and support networks.
Payment and cancellation
Straightforward, with room for life to happen.
Payment
Pay by card when you book — Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Or spread the cost with Klarna if that works better for you. We never store your card details.
Cancellation
We know life doesn't always go to plan. Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and you'll get a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and we'll hold £150 as a credit toward a future booking — yours to use whenever you're ready. If you don't wish to rebook, the credit is forfeited. Appointments missed without notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? No problem. Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge at all. Your first reschedule within 48 hours is on us too. After that, a £50 fee applies for short-notice changes.
